JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring retention managers who have worked at one of the following DTC brands: resilia.shop, Rovina ( ---------- ), Ritual Labs (rituallabs.shop), Rosabella ( ---------- ), Alevia / Auniva ( ---------- / auniva.co), Metabolae ( ---------- ), or ClarityMD (claritymd.co). If you have run retention for another DTC brand doing $1M+ per month, you may also apply. You must have been working there within the last 2 months — anything older is outdated and does not count.

If you do not have this exact experience, do not apply. Do not "give it a chance." It is a waste of your time and ours. We will get on a call only with people who have handled the subscription backend inside one of these brands: Loop (or Recharge / Skio), rebill flows, dunning, cancellation and churn-save flows, and the email/SMS flows around them — and who know the MRR, rebill rate and churn numbers because they were their KPIs.
