Role Overview
We are seeking a Retention Data Analyst specializing in subscription-based eCommerce. This role focuses on analyzing customer behavior, identifying churn patterns, and generating actionable insights to improve retention and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze customer churn and retention metrics
• Evaluate cancellation trends and subscription behavior
• Work with Skio (subscription platform) to extract and interpret data
• Combine quantitative and qualitative data to identify root causes of churn
• Provide insights to improve customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Build reports and dashboards for retention performance
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for data-driven decisions
Requirements
• Experience in eCommerce or subscription analytics
• Strong understanding of churn, retention, and LTV metrics
• Experience with Skio or similar subscription platforms
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
• Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
