JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).

Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation and retargeting campaigns.

Conduct keyword research, audience testing, and bid optimisation.

Implement and troubleshoot tracking & attribution via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel.

Collaborate with funnel and automation teams (landing pages, CRM, remarketing).

Prepare concise weekly performance reports with insights and improvement actions.

Contribute to ongoing SEO & CRO strategy for compounding long-term growth.

Requirements

3+ years experience managing Google and Meta ad accounts with proven ROI.

Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion tracking.

Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Business Manager.

Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.

Comfortable working independently with clear performance targets.

(Bonus) Familiarity with property, finance, or service-based industries.
