FL Cleanup is a U.S.-based water, mold, fire, and odor restoration company in Florida.
We are hiring ONE reliable Virtual Assistant to handle daily operations including calls, scheduling, estimates, follow-ups, SEO support, and system management.
THIS ROLE IS NOT SALES AND NOT SOCIAL MEDIA.
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and handle customer service
• Schedule inspections and jobs
• Send owner-approved estimates
• Follow up with clients until job approval
• Manage DASH restoration system (training provided)
• Handle
• Perform SEO support tasks (1 hour per day only)
• Optional: GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM support
• Bilingual A plus ( Spanish and English Speaking)
Priority order:
Calls > Scheduling > Estimates > Follow-ups > DASH > SEO > GHL
VA does NOT price jobs or change marketing strategy.
Requirements:
• Clear spoken & written English
• Call handling/customer service experience
• Comfortable with Excel and Word
• Highly organized and reliable
• Quiet workspace and strong internet
• Willing to follow systems daily

Pay & Schedule:
• $4/hour
• 40 hours per week
• Fixed schedule
