Remote Restaurant Customer Service & Catering Order Manager
Position Summary
Responsible for managing customer service, processing catering orders, and coordinating communication between guests, the kitchen, and on-site staff—all from a remote location.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone,
Resolve guest issues and provide accurate menu and order information.
Process and manage catering orders from quote to delivery scheduling.
Coordinate with kitchen teams and delivery drivers to ensure timely, accurate orders.
Update order systems, track changes, and maintain clear communication with clients and staff.
Prepare basic daily reports and support promotional or seasonal initiatives.
Qualifications
1–3 years hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience (remote preferred).
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficient with POS and catering/order management software.
Reliable remote setup and professional phone/email presence.
