We are a nationwide real estate investment company seeking a skilled underwriter to analyze residential properties across the United States for wholesale, novation, and fix-and-flip opportunities. This role is responsible for determining accurate After Repair Value (ARV), as-is value, rehab budgets, and maximum allowable offers (MAO) based on comparable sales, market conditions, and property-specific factors. The ideal candidate can quickly evaluate deals in diverse markets, adjust for location and condition, and recommend the most profitable exit strategy. You must be detail-oriented, fast, and capable of producing clear, decision-ready analysis that our acquisitions team can rely on to make offers with confidence.
