Nominee / Resident Director – Philippines

Location: Philippines
Employment type: Part-time / Contract
Work arrangement: Remote, with occasional corporate or administrative requirements

We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual based in the Philippines to act as a resident/nominee director for a legitimate business.

The successful candidate will be formally appointed as a company director and will be responsible for carrying out the duties required under Philippine corporate law and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

Act as the company's appointed resident/director where legally permitted.
Review and sign authorised corporate documents when required.
Assist with routine corporate and administrative matters.
Communicate with accountants, lawyers, corporate service providers, and relevant authorities when necessary.
Attend occasional company meetings.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
Ensure that all actions taken as a director comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Complete required identity, compliance, and beneficial-ownership checks.

Requirements

Must be legally eligible to serve as a director in the Philippines.
Must be a resident of the Philippines.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Professional and trustworthy.
Comfortable handling confidential business information.
Understanding of corporate administration is an advantage.
Willingness to undertake appropriate compliance and background checks.
