Position Title: Reservations & Guest Support Administrator
Reporting to: Duty Managers
Salary: 25,000 PHP per month
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
9AM - 5.30PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time), 30 min lunch
40 hours per week
Requirements:

Job Purpose:
To accurately enter, update, and maintain guest reservation information in the reservations system while ensuring that booking details are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
*Enter and process new GS guest reservations accurately in the system.
*Update existing reservations, including dates, guest details, room types, and special requests.
*Check reservation information for errors, missing details, or duplicate entries.
*Run the required reports and action any outstanding tasks.
*Complete follow-up actions, primarily through email correspondence.
*Process reservation changes, cancellations, and amendments as required.
*Maintain accurate guest and booking records.
*Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and other relevant departments regarding booking information.
*Monitor reservation data and follow up on any discrepancies or outstanding items.
*Complete the requirements tasks outlined in the SOP.
*Escalate any requirements that require direct guest contact by phone to GS for handling.
*Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
*Complete all data-entry and follow-up tasks within the required deadlines.
*Follow company procedures and standards for reservations and data management.

KPI’s
DAY TO DAY:
*Auditing tasks must be completed each day to ensure any errors are picked up.
*Respond to all inbound enquiries / tickets / phone calls as instructed within 4 business hours.
*Each booking must be entered within 3 business hours of being tagged. Same day arrival within 1 business hour.
*Daily Tasks in RMS must be completed within 3 hours of commencement of the day.
Corporate Keys is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator to support the accurate processing and administration of guest reservations across our extended stay accommodation portfolio.
The primary focus of this role is to accurately enter, update and maintain guest reservation information, ensuring all booking details are complete, accurate and processed within required timeframes. The role will also provide administrative support to the Guest Services team by completing reservation reports, following up outstanding items and responding to guest enquiries primarily via email.
Key responsibilities include processing new reservations, managing booking changes and cancellations, auditing reservation information, completing daily RMS tasks and reports, maintaining accurate guest records, and following up discrepancies or outstanding booking requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent data-entry and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong written communication skills are essential, particularly for email correspondence. Any matters requiring direct guest contact by phone will be escalated to the Guest Services team where required.
Previous experience within reservations, hospitality, accommodation, property management or guest services will be highly regarded. Experience using property management or reservation systems, particularly RMS, will also be advantageous.
This role would suit someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work, takes ownership of their responsibilities and can consistently maintain a high level of accuracy while working independently as part of a wider team.
This is a fully remote role working closely with the Operations, Guest Services, and Reservations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day management of both long and short stay accommodation bookings.
