About the role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative VA to join our content team. You'll research trending Instagram content, help generate ideas and copy, and eventually create posts based on approved concepts. No prior experience running a theme page is required, full training will be provided on our research, ideation, and content creation process.

Main responsibilities:
- Research Instagram and other platforms for viral and trending content ideas
- Find relevant source material and references using the research methods provided
- Log ideas, references, and links into our Content Tracker / Idea Bank
- Use ChatGPT to help draft hooks, text overlays, captions, and other copy
- Create Instagram content based on approved ideas and references
- Follow our content formats, SOPs, and guidelines
- Keep the content pipeline organized and up to date
- Learn from content performance and spot similar ideas worth testing

What we're looking for:
- Strong written English and communication
- Comfortable with Instagram, ChatGPT, Canva, and CapCut
- Strong internet research skills
- Great attention to detail
- Organized, and able to follow systems closely
- A creative eye for social content
- Able to spot patterns in what makes content perform
- Reliable and consistent with deadlines

The ideal candidate learns quickly, follows instructions well, and can eventually run the day-to-day content workflow independently.
