JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are hiring a highly driven, detail-oriented Researcher / Admin to help support our operations and research team. This is a hands-on role for someone who works with urgency, takes ownership, and holds themselves to a high standard.

We are looking for someone who is accurate, fast, organized, and not afraid of hard work. The right person should be coachable but also strong-minded, able to receive direct feedback, improve quickly, and stay focused on hitting goals. This role requires someone who cares about getting things right, can think critically, and knows how to tell the difference between real information and bad information.

This is not a low-pressure role. We want someone with a strong work ethic who can move quickly, handle repetition without losing focus, and maintain high standards even under pressure. We are looking for someone proactive, reliable, and serious about growth within the company.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct research related to the entertainment industry
- Verify information for accuracy and determine what is credible and what is not
- Support admin and operational tasks tied to data quality and internal workflows
- Review information carefully and catch errors before they become bigger problems
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while working quickly
- Follow systems and processes while also noticing when something could be improved
- Assist with updating, organizing, and maintaining internal data
- Work alongside internal tools and AI systems as part of the workflow
- Help improve output by being consistent, thorough, and dependable
- Take feedback seriously and apply it quickly
- Contribute to a culture of high standards, urgency, and accountability

Preferred Background

- Experience in research, admin, operations support, or data entry and verification
- Strong online research skills
- Experience verifying information across multiple sources
- Entertainment industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience working with internal systems, databases, or AI tools is a plus
- Experience in fast-paced environments with high standards is a plus
