We are building a recruitment intelligence platform designed for professional soccer clubs internationally. The platform supports sporting directors and technical leadership with structured shortlists, player value evaluation, contract risk analysis, and executive-ready reporting.
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Research & Executive Outreach Coordinator to help identify and initiate thoughtful conversations with senior football decision-makers (Sporting Directors, Technical Directors, General Managers).
This is NOT a mass sales or cold-calling role.
This is a precision, relationship-driven outreach position in a niche executive market.

**What You’ll Do**
* Research professional soccer clubs in targeted leagues (English and Spanish speaking markets)
* Identify correct executive decision-makers (Sporting Director, Head of Recruitment, Technical Director, etc.)
* Verify contact information through careful research
* Build and maintain a structured CRM database
* Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and short introductory messages
* Track outreach progress and responses
* Coordinate meetings directly with the founder
* Assist with structured follow-ups when appropriate
Quality and professionalism are more important than volume.

**What We’re Looking For**
* Excellent written English (professional tone required)
* Strong research and verification skills
* Experience with LinkedIn outreach or B2B lead generation
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Must have your own active LinkedIn profile (include link in application)
* Ability to follow positioning guidelines exactly (no improvising messaging)
