JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are looking for a ResMan Expert to serve as our primary software monitor and system administrator. Your main priority is to ensure the ResMan platform is accurately maintained, monitored daily, and utilized to its full potential. In addition to system oversight, you will provide administrative support and assist in creating marketing materials to showcase project progress.

Key Responsibilities
1. ResMan System Monitoring & Management

Active Monitoring: Perform daily audits of the ResMan platform to ensure all project data, vendor details, and cost entries are current.

Log Maintenance: Maintain and update digital RFI and Submittal logs within ResMan with 100?curacy.

Data Entry & Integrity: Input critical project information and vendor details, ensuring no errors in financial or project tracking.

Reporting: Pull data from ResMan to generate weekly and monthly status reports regarding project health and upcoming milestones.

Qualifications & Tools
ResMan Expertise: Extensive experience monitoring and managing data within the ResMan Property management software.

Communication: Fluent, professional English (verbal and written) with a neutral accent for phone calls and video meetings.

Technical Proficiency: * Expert Level: ResMan, Microsoft 360 (Excel, OneDrive, Teams).
