Key Responsibilities
• Respond to
• Qualify renters and move them into booking
• Confirm deposits, add-ons, documents, and payments
• Ensure rentals are returned or extended on time
• Update rental agreements and CRM records
• Track vehicle status (available, rented, detailing, repair)
• Coordinate detailing & repair tasks
• Send daily end-of-day (EOD) reports

Deposit & Add-On Rules (Must Enforce)
• New renters ? $75 non-refundable deposit
• Returning renters ? $0 deposit
• All add-on prices are inside the CRM only
• No payment = no pickup
• No payment = no extension

Requirements
• Strong written English
• Detail-oriented & process-driven
• Comfortable enforcing rules
• Experience with:

• CRM systems
• Reliable internet & quiet workspace
• WhatsApp availability during shift
