We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage incoming rental leads from
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Communication
- Monitor and respond promptly to rental inquiries from
- Professionally communicate with prospective tenants via chat, text, or
- Pre-screen leads based on provided criteria (move-in date, income, pets, etc.)
- Answer basic property questions using provided scripts and information
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Schedule property showings with qualified prospects
- Maintain and update my calendar accurately
- Avoid double-bookings and confirm appointments with prospects
Tenant Communication
- Notify current tenants in advance about scheduled showings
- Communicate showing times clearly and professionally
- Follow up if tenants have questions or concerns
Reporting & Organization
- Provide end-of-day reports summarizing:
- Number of new leads received
- Leads contacted and responses
- Showings scheduled/completed
- Any issues, no-shows, or follow-ups needed
- Keep lead information organized and up to date
Tools & Platforms Used
- Zillow Rental Manager

- Google Sheets / CRM (training provided if needed)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with real estate or rental lead management preferred

Work Schedule
- Full Time (40+ hours)
- Eastern Time Hours (8am-5pm)
- Availability during business hours and evenings as needed for lead responses a plus
