About the Company:

Cybernerds is a US-based IT consulting firm specializing in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and cloud security. We work with
businesses across Southeast Asia — Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Nepal — to assess and secure their Microsoft cloud environments.

The Role:

We are looking for a remote appointment setter to follow up with business contacts across Southeast Asia who have already received emails from our team. Your job is to call these contacts, confirm they received the email, answer basic questions about our services, and book meetings with our consultant.

This is NOT hard-selling. The contacts have already been emailed. You are following up, having a brief professional conversation, and scheduling a 15-minute introduction call.

What You'll Do:
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day to businesses in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and surrounding countries
- Follow up on emails already sent to IT directors, managers, and executives
- Use a provided call script and FAQ sheet to handle conversations
- Book meetings via Calendly when prospects are interested
- Log all call outcomes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Provide a daily report: total dials, conversations, meetings booked, callbacks

Requirements:
- Clear, professional English speaking voice
- Comfortable calling businesses and speaking with IT executives
- Bahasa Malay or Bahasa Indonesia a strong plus
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing (B2B preferred)
- Able to follow a script while sounding natural and conversational
- Punctual and self-motivated — this is a remote role with minimal supervision
- Familiar with CRM tools (or willing to learn quickly)
- Computer in good condition and fast reliable internet connectivity

Nice to Have (Not Required):

- Experience calling B2B contacts in SE Asia (IT industry a plus)
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Instantly, or Calendly
- Previous work in IT services, SaaS, or technology-related appointment setting
