Job Title: Remote Video and Photo Editor with SEO Expertise (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
Video and Photo Editing:
Edit videos and photos for various purposes, including social media posts and YouTube channel content.
Implement watermarks, intro/outro, and creative elements to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
Manage the video editing process, including audio editing, motion graphics, color correction, and finishing
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving our online visibility.
Optimize video and photo content for SEO, including meta tags, descriptions, and file names.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into video and photo materials.
Content Creation:
Create captivating and educational videos to showcase landscaping projects and attract a diverse audience.
Collaborate with the team to extract compelling stories from raw footage and create engaging content.
Conduct interviews and film social media-related content remotely.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure video and photo content meets quality standards and effectively conveys the intended message.
Stay up to date with editing styles, current trends, and effects to enhance content quality.
Handle 4K footage and possess fast internet speeds for efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in video editing or production, with a focus on social media content.
Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut
Proven experience in SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
Understanding of SEO tools and analytics, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their technical requirements for video content.
Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Creativity and Collaboration:
Ability to create engaging content with a strong sense of storytelling and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Time Management:
Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English.
Availability:
Must be available to work in Mountain Standard Time (8 AM MST - 5:00 PM MST).
