JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly skilled Remote Video Editor to join our dynamic video agency. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality video content, including talking head, testimonial, short-form, long-form, documentary-style videos, YouTube content, and educational/training materials. If you're passionate about storytelling through video and have an eye for detail, we’d love to work with you.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce various video formats (talking head, testimonials, documentaries, short/long-form content, etc.)
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the content aligns with project goals
- Apply creative direction provided via reference videos
- Ensure all content is consistent in quality, brand style, and creative vision
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficient time management
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats (YouTube, social media, websites)
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients
- Maintain and organize project files for easy future access and revisions

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop (Bonus Points for DaVinci, but not required)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills across various formats
- Excellent sense of pacing, audio, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects efficiently
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Availability for 1-3 videos per week, with potential for more based on performance
- Reliable internet connection and video editing setup

Compensation:
Starting at approximately $5 USD per hour, with payment varying based on the complexity and length of each project.
