JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for someone who can confidently speak with drivers and move them through the onboarding process

Pay Structure
$2/hour base (30 hrs/week)
$300 per hired driver
$100 when driver arrives
$100 after 2 weeks
$100 after another 2 weeks

After the 3-month probation period, the base pay can be increased to $3/hour. Future increases will depend on performance, results.

KPI: 3–4 hires/month
Strong performers can earn $900–$1,200+ in bonuses monthly

Work time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Central Time)
Fully remote

What You’ll Do
Call and follow up with warm leads
Follow a simple calling script
Speak clearly and politely on the phone
Guide drivers through onboarding
Update notes and track progress

Requirements:
Good English (clear communication)
Comfortable on the phone
Reliable internet + headset
Organized and able to multitask
Previous recruiting / sales / call center experience is a plus
