Job Title: Remote System Administrator – Sophos VPN / Remote Access Support

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced System / Network Administrator to help configure and support remote users accessing our company servers using Sophos Remote Access VPN.

Our servers are running Windows Server and hosted on cloud and on-premise environments. Remote users connect using Sophos VPN client and occasionally experience connection or configuration issues. We need a specialist who can properly configure, troubleshoot, and optimize the remote access setup.

Responsibilities
Configure Sophos Remote Access VPN for users
Troubleshoot VPN connection issues
Configure firewall and routing rules
Ensure secure remote access to Windows Servers
Optimize VPN performance
Create documentation for setup and troubleshooting
Assist in onboarding new remote users
Occasionally help with Windows Server and network tasks
