Are you a proven social media expert who knows how to drive real engagement — not just fill the feed?
Goldstar ATM is looking for a data-driven and creative Social Media & Marketing Assistant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves. You'll manage multiple brand accounts, strategize and execute campaigns, write engaging copy, track metrics that matter, and collaborate with our internal team. Your job: Keep our content fresh, aligned, and performing.
This is not an entry-level VA role. We are seeking someone who:
Knows what makes a social campaign work
Can prove their experience
Wants to grow with a long-term, fast-moving team
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule content for
Write sharp, brand-aligned captions and tailor tone per platform
Design visuals or repurpose creative using Canva/Adobe Express
Track and report engagement insights (beyond screenshots)
Help maintain and update content calendars
Research industry trends and competitor activity
Respond to messages and comments with professionalism and flair
Support marketing admin tasks like uploading content and coordinating with the team

Proactive communication and follow-through
Creative ideas tailored to our personality and mission
Requirements
Experience managing social media for brands or agencies
Proven work samples (we do verify)
Strong written English and copywriting skills
Canva or Adobe Express experience
Familiarity with scheduling sites
Reliable internet, computer, and work environment
Availability to overlap a few hours per day with Pacific Time
