JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring an experienced recruiter to source, screen, and schedule strong candidates for our company, specifically for the UAE market. Your job is to deliver us real, pre-qualified candidates ready for us to interview ourselves. This starts as a one-time trial engagement - we'll assess your work first, and based on results, move you into an ongoing hourly contract with the potential to convert to full-time as our hiring demand grows.

What you'll do:

Source UAE-based and UAE-bound candidates across multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and sourcing tools)
Screen and shortlist qualified applicants so only genuine potential candidates move forward
Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and our team
Manage the candidate pipeline end-to-end and keep our roles filled with quality prospects on a consistent basis

What we're looking for (mandatory):

Proven experience recruiting for the UAE/Saudi/Gulf market and sourcing UAE/Saudi/Gulf candidates
5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Strong track record placing candidates in the UAE/Saudi/Gulf
Skilled with sourcing tools and platforms (we provide budget for the tools you need)
Fully remote-ready: reliable internet, own workstation
Sharp communication and self-management skills

(Arabic language not required - this is a sourcing, screening, and scheduling role.)

Details:

Hourly: Negotiable upon your experience - We prefer veterans
Setup: Remote / online
Type: One-time trial first, then hourly contract with potential to grow into full-time
Tools: Budget provided for recruiting/sourcing tools
