Remote Client Service Support cum Admin (Sales Support)
We are looking for a full-time, long-term Remote Client Service Support cum Admin to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in client communication, administrative coordination, and supporting the sales process, including helping to sign clients. The role will require you to be highly responsive. On top of the base salary, candidates will have commission for the number of clients they signed.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly/immediately and professionally to client enquiries
• Support clients throughout the sales and onboarding process
• Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into signed clients
• Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts and documentation
• Coordinate timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Resolve client concerns in a calm, empathetic, and solution-focused manner
• Help diffuse tense situations and maintain a positive client experience
Requirements
• Fluent in English, with strong spoken and written communication skills
• Able to commit full-time and long-term
• Strong sense of urgency in responding to client enquiries and meeting deadlines
• Good problem-solving skills
• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle difficult situations professionally
• Prior experience in a client-facing role is required
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or admin work is an advantage
