Your Daily Tasks

-Respond to inquiries from U.S. and Canadian customers via phone and email
-Educate and assist customers with our data recovery and data protection services
-Build long-term client relationships by providing great service
-Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into closed deal
-Coordinate with internal departments to deliver solutions smoothly
-Meet sales targets and KPIs with support from your manager

What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer support
-Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or clear accent is a must)
-Comfortable working U.S. hours (night shift in PH)
-Friendly, confident communicator with strong listening skills
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Tech-savvy – experience with CRMs, email tools, or Google Workspace is a plus
- Able to work from a quiet home office with reliable internet
