Remote Sales Specialist

AM Eyewear - Global

AM Eyewear, Australia’s longest-running independent fashion eyewear brand, established in 2003, is expanding its global wholesale network.

We’re looking for a highly driven Remote Sales Specialist to initiate and convert new business across Europe, the USA and Asia, working directly with leading optical retailers. If you understand premium product, can sell with confidence, and know how to turn cold outreach into long-term accounts, this is a high-reward opportunity.

This is a commission-only role designed for serious sales operators who want uncapped earning potential within an established global brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively reach out to optical stores via cold calling and email outreach using our extensive global database
• Introduce and position AM Eyewear as a premium, must-have brand within high-end optical environments
• Convert new wholesale partners and onboard them to our B2B ordering platform
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and buyers
• Identify high-value accounts and develop long-term opportunities
• Ensure a smooth first order experience and handover into our system for ongoing reorders
• Represent the brand with a strong understanding of luxury positioning, materials and design

Commission Structure

• 20% commission on all first orders
(Typical first orders range between USD $2,000 – $4,000)

• 10% commission on all reorders
(Generated through accounts you initiate, for 2 years)

• First orders are supported with a 30% wholesale discount, with an ongoing 20% margin for stockists, making conversion highly attractive

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, business development or wholesale (fashion/optical preferred)
• Confidence in cold outreach - phone and email
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Ability to understand and sell premium/luxury product
• Organised, consistent and results-driven
