JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for motivated and confident remote sales representatives to join our team and help convert high-intent customers into completed purchases.

Our company operates multiple successful Shopify e-commerce brands, and every day we receive a large number of customers who begin checkout but do not complete their order. Your role will be to reach out to these customers by phone and help them finalize their purchase.

This is a high-opportunity, performance-based role with consistent daily leads and strong earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling customers who previously began checkout but did not complete their order
• Answering questions about the products and helping customers complete their purchase
• Providing a friendly, professional customer experience over the phone
• Following a simple call framework and sales process
• Updating notes after each call and tagging outcomes appropriately

How Calls Are Handled

All calls are made through our Aircall dialing platform.

Each day, you will be provided with a queue of customers who recently began checkout but did not complete their order. These leads are already warm and have shown strong interest in purchasing.

Your workflow will include:

• Logging into Aircall at the start of your shift
• Accessing the daily call queue of abandoned checkout leads
• Calling customers directly through the Aircall dialer
• Reviewing basic customer information (name, cart items, order value) before the call
• Assisting the customer in completing their order during the call
• Tagging the outcome of each call (sale completed, follow-up needed, no answer, etc.)

You will not need to generate your own leads — our system provides a continuous flow of new opportunities daily.

Compensation

• 10% commission on every order you successfully close
• No cap on earnings
• High volume of daily leads provided

Depending on performance and hours worked, representatives have the potential to earn hundreds of dollars per day.

Requirements

• Strong spoken English

Sales experience is a plus but not required if you are a strong communicator and comfortable speaking with customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience in phone sales, e-commerce, or customer support
• Familiarity with Shopify or online shopping environments
• Experience using call software such as Aircall or similar dialers
