JOB OVERVIEW

Nursing Legend — the #1 NCLEX prep company in the world with 48,000+ students passed — is hiring full-time Remote Sales Representatives.

You'll be calling warm leads (people who already watched our free class and showed interest) and following up with students who started checkout but didn't finish. These are NOT cold calls. Every person you call already knows who we are and has engaged with our content.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Calling warm leads who attended our live webinar but didn't purchase
• Following up with students who started checkout and abandoned
• Answering questions about our programs (Four-Week Live Crash Course, Netflix of NCLEX)
• Closing sales over the phone (Low-ticket products)
• Tracking all calls and outcomes in our CRM

SCHEDULE:
• Wednesday–Sunday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time (US)
• 40 hours per week
• This is a long-term, full-time position — not a short-term project

COMPENSATION:
• $6–$8/hour base pay (depending on experience)
• PLUS commission when hitting sales tiers
• Top performers earn $4,500–$6,000+/month total

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, no heavy accent
• Previous phone sales experience (minimum 1 year)
• Reliable laptop/desktop, headset, and stable internet connection
• Quiet workspace with no background noise
• Comfortable selling education/online courses over the phone
• Available to work US Eastern Time hours (1 PM – 10 PM ET)

PREFERRED (not required):
• Experience selling online education, healthcare, or coaching programs
• Familiarity with nursing, NCLEX, or the healthcare industry
• Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
