JOB OVERVIEW

Remote Sales Representative – Automotive Detailing

A growing mobile auto detailing company is hiring a full-time Remote Sales Representative to manage inbound leads, follow up with potential customers, provide pricing information, and book appointments.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, persistent with follow-up, and comfortable working inside a CRM and booking software.

Work Schedule

Full-time position
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Must be consistently available for the entire scheduled shift
Monthly pay
Weekend hours may also be available and can be discussed with interested candidates

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound leads through phone calls, text messages, and email
Follow up consistently with leads until they book or are no longer interested
Explain automotive detailing services, packages, pricing, and available upgrades
Recommend the appropriate service based on the customer’s vehicle and needs
Provide estimates using company pricing guidelines
Schedule and reschedule customer appointments
Collect accurate customer, vehicle, and appointment information
Update lead stages, notes, tasks, and communication records in GoHighLevel
Learn and operate the company’s booking and scheduling software
Follow provided sales scripts, follow-up systems, and company procedures
Meet weekly and monthly booking and revenue targets

Requirements

Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
A completely quiet and professional workspace is mandatory during all working hours
Previous sales, appointment-setting, or customer service experience
Experience using GoHighLevel
Ability to quickly learn the company’s booking software and other systems
Confident and professional when speaking with customers over the phone
Comfortable handling objections, discussing pricing, and asking for the sale
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dependable computer
Organized and capable of managing multiple leads and conversations
Reliable, punctual, and available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
