We are Malta’s fast-growing recruitment platform with a tongue-in-cheek edge. We help companies hire faster and smarter, while jobseekers find their next big break. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Remote Sales Executive based in the Philippines to join us.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll work closely with our Sales & Operations Manager in Malta to keep the sales pipeline full, build relationships with clients, and help close deals.
???? What You’ll Do
Research and generate new leads (companies hiring in Malta, potential partners, repeat clients).
Reach out to leads via
Qualify prospects and book meetings for our Malta-based Sales Manager.
Handle smaller sales independently (e.g., single job postings).
Update CRM daily with all outreach, conversations, and outcomes.
Follow up with leads and clients to keep relationships warm.
Prepare weekly pipeline reports (leads added, outreach made, meetings booked, small sales closed).
? What We’re Looking For
Excellent English (written & spoken) – clear, confident, and professional.
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or a call center/BPO environment.
Persistent, resilient, and comfortable with rejection (sales is all about follow-up!).
Detail-oriented and organised – you’ll be logging all your work in our CRM.
Self-starter who can work independently while staying aligned with the team.
Comfortable working Malta business hours (GMT+1).

Experience with Trello, Hubspot, or other CRMs.
Background in recruitment, HR tech, or SaaS sales.
LinkedIn lead generation skills.
