We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Remote Sales Enquiries Coordinator to help manage inbound enquiries, support the sales process, and ensure customers receive timely, professional and well-written responses.
This role sits between customer communication and internal delivery. You will help qualify opportunities, coordinate with our internal quoting team, and use AI tools intelligently to draft customer responses that match our brand tone of voice and service standards.
The Role
You will be one of the first points of contact for inbound sales enquiries. Your job is to help move enquiries forward efficiently, making sure customers feel looked after, internal teams have the right information, and responses go out quickly and clearly.
You will also use AI as a practical tool to improve speed and consistency, while applying human judgement to ensure every message feels natural, accurate and aligned with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales enquiries from
Review customer requirements and extract the key information needed for quoting
Liaise closely with the internal quoting and estimating team to ensure quotes are progressed promptly
Draft and send customer responses in a professional, friendly and commercially aware tone
Use AI tools to help prepare responses, summaries and follow-ups while maintaining company voice
Ensure all communication is clear, accurate, well-written and tailored to the customer’s needs
Follow up on open enquiries and quoted opportunities to help improve conversion rates
Keep internal systems, notes and enquiry records updated and organised
Escalate urgent, high-value or complex enquiries to the relevant team member quickly
Help improve internal workflows, templates and AI-assisted response processes over time
What We’re Looking For
Strong written English and excellent communication skills
Experience in customer service, sales support, internal sales, account coordination or a similar role
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple enquiries at once
Good judgement in balancing speed with accuracy
Confident working with internal teams to gather information and move jobs forward
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how strong communication supports sales
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve efficiency
Able to learn and apply a specific company tone of voice consistently
Ideal Experience
Experience in print, signage, manufacturing, creative services, branded products or a related sector
Experience supporting a quoting, estimating or sales admin process
Familiarity with CRM systems, shared inboxes and workflow tools
Experience writing customer
