Confirm Requirements
Are you able to work US CST hours (night shift in your country)?
Do you have C1 or better English and prior outbound calling experience?
What city/country are you in and what is your internet speed (upload/download)?
Cold Outreach Sample (5–8 sentences)
Imagine you are calling a smoke shop owner for the first time. Write what you would say from “Hello” until you ask them to place a small first test order.
Include:
A quick intro (who you are, company name)
Why you’re calling
One clear benefit for ordering from us
A simple call?to?action (next step)
Past Volume & Results
Briefly describe your most recent outbound role:
What was your daily target for calls / messages?
What was your best month (results you achieved)?
Handling the Hard Days (3–5 sentences)
On days you don’t feel like making calls but still must hit 100+ actions, what do you do to push through and hit your numbers?
Step 2 – Voice Test (2–3 minutes total)
Please record a 2–3 minute audio or video (Loom, Vocaroo, unlisted YouTube, etc.) and send the link in your reply. One take is fine. Use English only.
Part 1 (about 60 seconds): Introduce Yourself
Your name, location, and past outbound sales experience.
The most dials / messages you’ve done in a single day.
Why you want a high?volume cold calling role working US CST hours.
Part 2 (about 60–90 seconds): Mock Call
Pretend you’re calling “Joe’s Smoke Shop” for the first time.
Do a real opening like it’s a live call (no reading monotone).
Goal: get Joe interested in placing a small test order or speaking to your manager.
Handle this objection once: “We already have a distributor.”
Record in a quiet place with a stable connection so I can clearly hear your voice, pace, and energy.
