Job Title: Remote Sales Converter for Beauty & Wellness (Outbound Sales)
Experience Level: 5+ Years (Outbound Appointment Setting)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Converter for beauty and wellness industry with a strong background in outbound sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound communication, and scheduling appointments for our services.
This position is ideal for someone wh is confident on the phone, and has a proven track record of converting cold leads into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
Schedule appointments by understanding client needs and addressing concerns professionally.
Follow up if needed to maximise booking rates

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in outbound appointment setting or cold calling
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong objection-handling abilities
Self-driven, organised, and results-oriented

Nice to Have:

Experience in the beauty, skincare, or aesthetics industry
Familiarity with Go High Level
Previous remote work experience
