JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a remote Sales Closer to run Zoom demos and close deals for our SaaS and service offerings.

This is a pure closing role — you get warm, pre-qualified leads delivered to your calendar. Your job is to show up, demo the product live, handle objections, and get the yes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Run 3-5 Zoom demos per day with pre-booked prospects
- Screen-share our products and walk prospects through features live
- Handle objections using our provided cheat sheets
- Close deals on the call whenever possible
- Follow up with prospects who need more time
- Update HubSpot CRM with call outcomes after every demo
- Hit monthly closing targets

WHAT YOU WON'T DO:
- Cold calling (our marketing VA handles outreach)
- Lead generation (prospects come pre-qualified to your calendar)
- Admin work (separate team handles that)

WHO YOU ARE:
- 2+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience
- Strong, neutral English accent — you'll be selling to US business owners
- Confident on camera and comfortable screen-sharing
- Track record of closing deals on live calls
- Professional home office setup with good lighting and audio
- Reliable fast internet (50mbps minimum) and backup plan for outages

BONUS POINTS:
- Experience selling healthcare software or safety/compliance products
- HubSpot CRM experience
- BPO/call center sales background
- Previous remote closing role with US or AU clients
- Experience selling $100-$5000/mo SaaS subscriptions

COMPENSATION:
- $5/hour base, paid weekly via Wise or Payoneer
- Tracked via OnlineJobs.ph Timeproof
- Commission on closed deals (discussed in interview — strong upside for top closers)
- 13th month bonus
- Paid holidays
- Performance-based raises

HOURS:
4-5 hrs/day, Monday-Friday (20-25 hrs/week). Afternoon EST shift required (your evening PH time) to match US prospect availability.
