JOB OVERVIEW

We’re currently hiring a Sales Closer to join our remote team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, communicates clearly, and is comfortable with cold calling business owners while keeping conversations natural and professional.

We take a value-first approach—no aggressive or pushy selling.

What You’ll Be Doing
Make outbound cold calls to business owners in the US
Start and manage conversations confidently from the first few seconds
Present the offer in a clear, simple way
Handle objections calmly and professionally
Close deals and pass clients to our internal team
What Makes This Role Different
We are not pushy or overly sales-focused
Conversations are natural and consultative
The offer is easy to explain and resonates well with business owners
Many team members consistently close 2–5 deals per week

You’re not expected to pressure people—just guide the conversation effectively.

Compensation
200$ Base pay
$100 per closed deal(Can close 2 deals a week easily)
$50 weekly bonus (3+ deals/week)
No cap on earnings

Confident in leading conversations toward a decision
