The Opportunity
We are building a lean, high-performance remote sales team. You will be calling warm prospects from our existing database across four English-speaking markets. No cold scraping. No blind dialing. Real leads, real conversations, real money.
We pay for results. Hit the daily target and you earn a strong guaranteed base plus commission. Fall short and you still get paid but at a reduced performance rate. The floor is low, the ceiling is high, and the math rewards consistency.
What You Will Do

Follow structured scripts, handle objections, and close deposits, We will provide sales tracking links
Work a consistent 8-hour shift aligned to your assigned market timezone
Submit a brief end-of-day sales report
Compensation Structure — Read This Carefully
We operate on a straight performance model with two clear paths every single day. If you hit the daily sales target of $300 or more during your 8-hour shift, you earn a guaranteed base pay of $40 for that day, plus a 20% commission calculated on every dollar of sales above the $300 threshold. For example, if you close exactly $300 in sales, you take home $40. If you close $400, you earn the $40 base plus $20 in commission for the $100 excess, totaling $60. At $500 in sales, you receive $40 base plus $40 commission on the $200 above target, giving you $80 for the shift. Push further to $750 and your daily pay becomes $130, made up of the $40 base and $90 commission on the $450 excess. At $1,000 in daily sales, you walk away with $180, composed of the $40 base and $140 commission on the $700 above target.
If you do not hit the $300 target, the $40 base does not apply. Instead, you are paid 10% of your total gross sales for that day. This means a day with $100 in sales pays $10, a day with $200 in sales pays $20, and a day with $250 in sales pays $25. There is no minimum floor beyond what you produce, and there is no cap on what you can earn when you exceed target. All earnings are calculated per completed 8-hour shift and paid out on a weekly basis.
Shift & Schedule
This is an 8-hour per day role, 5 to 6 days per week. Your shift timing will be aligned to your primary market. The US market runs on night shift Philippines and India time. The Australia and Asia market runs on day or evening shift. The Canada market is similar to the US with some flexibility. The South Africa market runs mid-day to evening shift. We will assign you to the market that best fits your accent and availability.
What You Need
You must speak fluent, clear English and sound natural and trustworthy to Western customers. Prior sales or call center experience is required, with a B2C or B2B closing background preferred. You need reliable high-speed internet, a noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace. You must commit to a full 8-hour daily shift — this is not a gig you squeeze in between other jobs. You must maintain strict CRM discipline, meaning every call, note, and outcome must be logged. You need a self-driven work ethic; you are remote, and your results are your attendance record.
