What You’ll Be Doing
This is not a repetitive task job. You’ll need to think critically, be sharp on the phone, and keep pipelines organized across multiple clients.
You will:
• Manage multiple inboxes and respond to inbound
• Make outbound calls to business owners using scripts and templates to warm them up and book meetings
• Answer and route inbound phone calls (you’ll be the first voice they hear)
• Track conversations and lead statuses in GoHighLevel CRM and similar systems
• Book calendar appointments with a clear understanding of availability across different client teams
• Qualify leads using logic and note-taking

This Role Is NOT for You If…
• You get overwhelmed managing multiple conversations or tools at once
• You dislike being on the phone
• You’re not willing to work U.S. hours (EST time zone)
• You’re looking to hide behind SOPs without thinking critically

Requirements
• Fluent English – spoken and written, with a neutral accent
• Proven experience managing inboxes, calendars, and pipelines
• Strong confidence on the phone (bonus if you’ve done cold calling or B2B sales)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
• Must be comfortable working full-time U.S. Eastern hours (9AM–5PM ET)

Compensation
• Base salary: $750–$1,500/month depending on experience
• Bonus: $10–$25 per qualified appointment that shows up
• Clear pathways for raises and growth within the organization
