About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Refills Representative who is confident speaking with customers and can keep up with a fast-paced, ongoing workload.

This role does not require a medical background. We are looking for someone who is naturally salesy, energetic, proactive, and fast-moving, with a strong ability to communicate and build rapport over the phone.

The ideal candidate has a bubbly personality, a pleasant and professional voice, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and handle inbound calls related to refill requests and customer needs
Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, and text messages
Follow up consistently and proactively with customers
Identify opportunities to encourage customers to continue or complete the refill process
Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism throughout customer interactions
Manage a continuous workload and prioritize tasks efficiently
Respond quickly to calls, messages, and emails
Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and service
Keep accurate records and follow established processes

Qualifications

At least 2 years of sales calling experience
C1-level English proficiency — excellent spoken and written English
Must have a pleasant, confident, and professional voice
Must be bubbly, energetic, outgoing, and highly personable
Strong sales and persuasion skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Fast learner who can work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Able to handle a continuous workload without becoming overwhelmed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be available to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Must have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable remote-work environment
