What You’ll Be Doing:
• Selling off-market real estate deals to investors
• Following up aggressively with buyers
• Negotiating and moving contracts forward
• Hitting daily call and performance targets
• Maintaining professional communication at all times
Work Expectations:
• Fixed daily working hours (non-negotiable)
• KPI-driven environment
• Evening follow-up when deals require urgency
• Weekend availability when active deals are on the line
Results matter more than clock-watching.
