About Ecolux Senior Living:
Ecolux Senior Living is a boutique assisted living company based in California, USA. We operate small residential care homes that provide personalized care for seniors in a comfortable home-like environment. Our focus is compassionate care, excellent compliance, and high operational standards. As we expand to multiple homes, we are building a remote operations and clinical support team to help oversee documentation, compliance, and daily operations across our facilities. This is a remote administrative role (non-clinical).

Role Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) based in the Philippines to work remotely as a Clinical Compliance & Operations Coordinator. In this role you will support our care homes by monitoring care documentation, maintaining compliance checklists, organizing resident records, reviewing caregiver documentation, assisting with operations oversight, and helping maintain high standards of care. You will act as a remote support hub helping ensure smooth operations across multiple facilities.

Work Schedule:
This role supports daytime operations in California and therefore requires overnight hours in the Philippines.
Coverage window: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM California time
Shift structure: 12-hour window with 10 working hours and up to 2 hours flexible breaks
Typical schedule (Philippines time): approximately 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM depending on daylight savings.
Days: Monday – Friday preferred. Some flexibility may be possible.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Medication Documentation Review: Review medication administration records (MAR), identify missing signatures, flag missed medications, ensure medications are properly documented, and maintain organized medication records.

2. Resident Care Documentation Monitoring: Review ADL documentation, hydration logs, bowel movement logs, caregiver shift notes, fall reports, and i ---------- reports to ensure all required documentation is completed properly.

3. RCFE Compliance & Licensing Checklists: Maintain compliance checklists related to California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) regulations including resident files, medication records, staff training documentation, physician orders, i ---------- reports, safety documentation, and emergency preparedness records. Help prepare documentation for licensing inspections.

4. Facility Operations Checklists: Track daily caregiver tasks, facility cleaning checklists, medication inventory, resident activity logs, safety checks, and operational tasks. Maintain a daily or weekly operations dashboard to help ensure everything is completed.

5. Remote Caregiver Oversight Support: Review caregiver shift notes, monitor completion of daily checklists, identify missing tasks or documentation, send reminders when documentation is incomplete, and help ensure consistent care standards.

6. Camera Monitoring for Quality Control: When requested, monitor camera feeds to help ensure resident safety, caregiver attentiveness, and completion of operational tasks. Report any concerns to management.

7. Resident Communication Support: Occasionally communicate with residents, caregivers, or family members via phone or video to check on residents, assist with communication, and help ensure a positive resident experience.

8. Resident Chart & File Management: Maintain organized digital resident records including admission documents, care plans, medication lists, physician orders, hospice documentation, i ---------- reports, and progress notes so all records remain inspection-ready.

9. Testimonials & Marketing Support: Organize video testimonials from families, upload testimonial videos to YouTube, help post updates to social media, and maintain organized media files in Google Drive.

10. Administrative Support: Assist with organizing documents, preparing resident files, maintaining checklists, generating reports, updating dashboards, and supporting general administrative tasks as needed.

Training will be provided.

Required Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working remotely with digital tools and systems.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with senior care, assisted living, healthcare documentation review, compliance monitoring, EMR/eMAR systems, or remote healthcare support roles is helpful but not required.
