MM Solutions is a growing U.S.-based distribution company specializing in custom packaging, hardware sourcing, and vape products under the PWR Clouds brand. We manage overseas manufacturing relationships and sell directly to clients while scaling our financial systems for long term growth.

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable remote QuickBooks professional to organize and maintain our financial records. The role starts with cleanup and categorization of prior year transactions, then transitions into ongoing monthly bookkeeping support. This position requires someone who can follow detailed instructions and work independently.

Responsibilities

Rebuild and organize prior year transactions using bank feeds

Categorize revenue, COGS, and expenses correctly

Enter and manage client invoices and vendor bills

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Maintain clean P&L reporting by business segment

Track Accounts Receivable and vendor payments

Provide clear monthly financial summaries

Requirements

Strong experience with QuickBooks Online

Prior bookkeeping experience with distributors, import/export, or product-based businesses

Understanding of revenue vs COGS structure

High attention to detail and organized workflow

Fluent written English

Ability to follow written systems and directions exactly
