### ? Important Requirements
* **You must have real management experience** — in property, hospitality, operations, or similar
* You must be **fact-oriented and thorough** — the kind of person who investigates before responding
* **Fluent, polished English** (spoken and written) is absolutely essential
* Be able to **respond within 3 minutes** during your shift when needed
* Must be **U.S.-focused** (preferably aligned with Pacific Time or flexible hours)

### ???? Key Responsibilities
**1. Property Management**
* Manage guest communications and vendor coordination is the bulk of it
* Be on call and have a schedule
* Oversee cleanings, maintenance, and track to-dos
* Organize property photos and write compelling listing copy
* Keep accurate records in our cloud storage
* and provide consistent follow-up and self-starter
**2. Owner Outreach & Communication**
* In free time call property owners (e.g., from Zillow) to introduce our corporate rental offerings
* Speak professionally, with confidence and clarity on the phone
* Explain value clearly, and listen closely to owner needs
**3. RER Lifestyle Contracts – Access Support when this company needs it which may not be now**
* Help clients navigate our contract platform and access their documents
* Answer questions thoroughly and professionally
* Troubleshoot issues calmly and efficiently
**4. Optional Growth (for qualified candidates)**
If you have experience in marketing, outreach, or influencer work, you may also help with:
* Local influencer outreach and engagement
* Outreach messaging, script writing, and engagement strategy
* Social media coordination or city guide development
