Compensation Structure Base Pay

Base salary of $1,400 USD with monthly bonuses that bring total to $1,600 USD

Overview
We are a growing real estate investment company managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Remote Property Manager & Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant communication, and administrative coordination as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, follow-through, and keeping systems running smoothly. You’ll work closely with ownership and play a key role in managing tenants, vendors, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities Property Management
Manage approximately 17+ rental units, scaling over time
Handle tenant communication (rent reminders, maintenance requests, general inquiries)
Track rent payments and follow up on delinquencies
Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
Ensure utilities remain active and accounts stay current
Monitor lease compliance and assist with renewals
Track vacancies and coordinate turnover tasks
Administrative & Office Support
Manage shared inboxes and route messages appropriately
Track and update records in property management software
Coordinate with title companies, inspectors, and vendors
Assist with document organization, contracts, and recordkeeping
Maintain up-to-date status notes for each property
Operations & Growth Support
Assist with onboarding new properties as portfolio expands
Help implement and maintain repeatable systems and processes
Support reporting and organization for ownership review
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Excellent written communication (English)
Comfort managing multiple systems and priorities
Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership
Prior experience in property management, real estate ops, or admin support preferred
Reliable internet and availability during U.S. business hours
