JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a Remote Project Manager to work directly alongside our Senior PM (Daniel).

This role supports and coordinates residential rehab projects from contract signing through tenant-ready completion.

You will not manage construction crews directly on-site — but you WILL coordinate timelines, documentation, inspections, and handoffs to ensure projects stay on track and profitable.

This is a systems, documentation, and coordination role.

Responsibilities

You will assist with:

Pre-Construction

Preparing construction contracts

Sending contracts to property owners for signature

Organizing project folders and documentation

Coordinating start dates with the construction team

During Construction

Scheduling and tracking draw inspections

Monitoring project progress through photo/video updates

Installing and setting up security cameras remotely (via app coordination)

Tracking budgets vs actual spend

Ensuring timelines are followed

Communicating with contractors for status updates

Updating internal dashboards

Coordinating final inspections

Preparing turnover documents

Handing off completed projects to the tenanting/leasing team

You are:

Highly organized

Detail-oriented

Comfortable managing multiple moving parts

Strong in written English

Proactive (you don’t wait to be told what to follow up on)

Comfortable working in U.S. Eastern Time

? 1+ year project coordination experience
? Experience managing timelines or construction-related processes
? Comfortable using Google Drive, Sheets, Docs
? CRM or project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
? Strong documentation skills

? Preferred (Not Required)

Real estate rehab experience

Familiarity with draw inspections

Experience coordinating contractors

Security camera or property tech familiarity
