We are expanding our team and looking for three dedicated and skilled nurses from the Philippines to join us in our mission.

IMPORTANT — In-Person Training Requirement

Our CEO, Joseph Furtado, will be in Manila from April 12 to April 18, 2026. Candidates who are hired must be available to attend a mandatory in-person training session in Manila during that week. This is a paid training opportunity and a chance to meet our leadership team face-to-face before beginning your remote role. Please only apply if you can commit to being in Manila for this training period.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Remote Primary Care Nurses to provide comprehensive virtual nursing care and back-office support. The ideal candidates will be responsible for a combination of clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and our operations run smoothly. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Care Nursing (70%):
- Conduct virtual patient consultations via phone and video to assess patient conditions, provide nursing care, and offer patient education.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and health progress in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Assist patients with medication management and adherence.

MA Back-Office Responsibilities (30%):
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and sending reminders.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing medical billing, managing patient records, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Transcribe physician's notes and update patient charts in the EMR system.
- Assist with prior authorizations and other insurance-related tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines (PRC License).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or primary care setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 150 Mbps) and a quiet, professional home office setup.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Arizona time (MST/MDT).
- Must be available for in-person training in Manila from April 12-18, 2026.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a remote nursing or telehealth role.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, with a strong preference for eClinicalWorks (ECW). Experience with Epic, Athena, or similar platforms is also valued.
- US Registered Nurse (USRN) license is a strong advantage but not required.
- BLS and/or ACLS certifications are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $5.00 - $8.00 USD per hour (commensurate with experience)
- 15 days paid time off (PTO) annually
- 10 paid US holidays
