California Personal Injury Law Firm | Philippines-Based Remote Position
About the Position
The Bark Law Firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager to join our remote team.
This position primarily involves coordinating and monitoring medical treatment, communicating with clients and providers, obtaining medical records and billing, and keeping assigned files organized and moving toward demand preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
Schedule and coordinate medical appointments with approved providers.
Monitor treatment attendance, progress, referrals, procedures, and discharge status.
Follow up with clients regarding missed or delayed treatment.
Request and follow up on complete medical records and itemized billing.
Review records and bills for missing information or treatment gaps.
Maintain accurate and organized case files in Filevine.
Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance adjusters through RingCentral, Outlook email, and Filevine.
Track important deadlines, claim information, treatment status, and outstanding tasks.
Prepare organized and complete files for medical-summary and demand preparation.
Escalate significant treatment, liability, client, or case-management concerns to the supervising attorney or department head.
Required Qualifications
At least two years of personal injury case-management experience, preferably involving California pre-litigation cases.
Experience coordinating medical treatment and obtaining medical records and billing.
Strong understanding of the personal injury treatment process and basic medical terminology.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong organization, follow-up, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to independently manage approximately 50 active files.
Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet remote workspace.
Ability to work during designated Pacific Time business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Filevine and RingCentral.
Previous remote experience with a California personal injury law firm.
Spanish fluency is a plus but is not required.

Position: Full-Time, Remote
Location: Philippines
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30am PST to 5pm PST
