JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced systems expert to help design and implement a highly efficient employee time-tracking and accountability system for a remote team.

This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands Google Sheets, remote workforce management, and building structured systems that prevent time manipulation while maintaining trust and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
- Audit our current workflow and time tracking process (Time Doctor + Google Sheets)
- Design a clear, scalable system for tracking employee hours across a remote team
- Build advanced Google Sheets for accurate, automated time logging and reporting
- Implement checks and safeguards to identify inconsistencies or potential time manipulation
- Create a structured approval system for overtime and work hours
- Train me directly on how to manage, maintain, and optimize the system independently
- Provide best practices for remote employee accountability and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong expertise in Google Sheets (formulas, automation, dashboards, data validation)
- Experience with Time Doctor or similar tracking tools
- Proven experience building operational systems for remote teams
- Ability to simplify complex systems into easy-to-manage workflows
- Strong analytical thinking, able to detect inefficiencies and risks
- Clear communicator and teacher (this is both a build + training role)

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who doesn’t just “track time” but builds systems that create clarity, prevent errors, and ensure accountability without micromanaging.
