Full-time remote role supporting rebate processing, sales reporting, commission tracking, and payroll for a growing
home service company.


Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven professional to help keep our operations running smoothly
and accurately behind the scenes. This role requires someone who is proactive, dependable, comfortable taking the lead, and able to communicate clearly with tea ---------- mbers while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive payroll and HR information.


Workload / Timing Expected Volume
FPL rebates 4-6 submissions daily
Sales estimates to track 25-50 estimates per week
Commissions to calculate About 30 commissions per week
Payroll scope 12 tea ---------- mbers, processed biweekly
Weekly estimators meeting Mondays at 9:00 AM Eastern Time

Role Snapshot

Key Responsibilities
1. Rebate Processing (Daily)
Process all customer rebates through Florida Power & Light systems. Upload required documentation accurately,
including signed rebate forms, attic stick measurements, and before/after photos. Maintain pace with
approximately 4-6 rebates per day. Proactively identify missing items and notify the Operations Manager
immediately so reimbursement is not delayed.

2. Sales Reporting and Weekly Meeting Leadership
Maintain a detailed spreadsheet of all estimates and track information such as price, gross profit margin, and
products offered. This role supports approximately 25-50 estimates per week. Prepare the estimators meeting
each week and take the lead in running the meeting via webcam every Monday at 9:00 AM Eastern Time,
presenting the numbers clearly, asking follow-up questions, and helping hold the team accountable.

3. Commission Calculation (Monthly)
Calculate commissions accurately and on time using completed job data and company commission rules. The
role typically supports about 30 commission calculations per week during the month as jobs close. Review
details carefully, flag discrepancies, and provide clear breakdowns before approval.

4. Payroll Processing (Biweekly)
Process payroll for 12 tea ---------- mbers on a biweekly basis using Gusto. Enter employee hours, PTO, bonuses,
and any adjustments. Review all payroll data carefully prior to submission and maintain strict confidentiality with
payroll and HR-related information.

• Self-directed, dependable, and able to manage deadlines consistently in a remote work environment.

Schedule
Full-time remote position (40 hours per week), aligned with Eastern Time business hours.

Candidate must be
consistently available for the weekly estimators meeting on Mondays at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
