Our brands cover Indian weddings, catering, corporate events, floral, videography, and more. The CEO needs a sharp, disciplined operations person to oversee daily execution across teams so he can focus on growth.
What You'll Do
This is not a typical VA role. You will be the CEO's eyes and ears across the business daily.
Morning check-in with all teams: admin, designers, SEO, marketing, sales, on-site crew
Verify daily scope of work is being executed — not just assigned, but completed
Track all incoming leads for two main brands and report conversion numbers daily
Submit a structured end-of-day report every single day by 7pm SGT — no exceptions
Chase outstanding tasks, follow up on deliverables, flag delays before they become problems
Monitor staff performance against weekly KPIs and escalate issues
Coordinate with remote tea
Manage vendor follow-ups, invoicing reminders, and client communication where needed
Prepare weekly scorecards showing green/amber/red status per team
You Must Have
Minimum 3 years experience in operations, project management, or team oversight (not data entry or admin-only roles)
Experience managing or coordinating teams of 5+ people remotely
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, or similar tools
Ability to hold people accountable firmly but professionally
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
Available to start within 2 weeks
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience working with Singapore, Australia, or Middle East-based companies
Familiarity with events, weddings, or F&B industry
Experience with CRM tools or lead tracking systems
What We Offer
PHP 35,000–45,000 base depending on experience
PHP 10,000 monthly performance bonus tied to daily report accuracy, lead response times, and team output
Long-term full-time role — we are not looking for freelancers
Direct reporting to the CEO
Clear KPIs, structured daily workflow, and proper onboarding — you will not be guessing what to do
