Remote Operations Coordinator – Exterior Cleaning Company (Florida)

We’re a growing exterior cleaning company based in Florida, and we’re looking for the right person to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Our team culture is upbeat, supportive, and fast-moving — we enjoy what we do and take pride in doing it well.

This role is a great fit for someone who takes initiative, thinks through challenges, and doesn’t need constant direction once they’re trained. You’ll be an important part of the business and trusted with real responsibility.

What we’re looking for:

*Strong communicator who works well with others

You don’t need prior experience in exterior cleaning — we provide training for all tasks. However, you should be comfortable using computers, phones, and basic software, and have a general familiarity with social media platforms. A friendly personality and the ability to think critically are important.

This is a fully remote position with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

*Answering phone calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries (sales focused)
*Scheduling residential jobs under 3,000 sq ft
*Coordinating in-person estimates
*Managing and scheduling social media posts using OneApp
*Making follow-up calls with potential and past customers
*Writing and posting two blog articles per week on our website
*Customer follow-up calls the day after service is completed
*Conducting initial video interviews with potential employees (recorded)
*Responding to online reviews
*Additional administrative and operations tasks as needed
