About Us

We produce documentary-style YouTube videos featuring real police body-cam footage, dash-cam footage, high-speed pursuits, DUI arrests, unusual criminal behaviour, and other compelling law enforcement i ---------- .

We are looking for a detail-oriented researcher who enjoys finding interesting stories and uncovering original source material.

Your Primary Responsibility

Your job is to locate high-quality, original-source law enforcement footage that could be turned into engaging YouTube videos.

You are not editing videos.

You are not writing scripts.

Your responsibility is to identify compelling i ---------- , verify their original sources, and organize everything for our production team.

We want the original source whenever possible.

Daily Responsibilities

Your daily workflow will include:

Searching official law enforcement sources
Finding newly released bodycam footage
Locating related news articles
Verifying the original source
Watching footage to determine if it contains a compelling story
Writing a short case summary
Organizing everything into our content database

How We Evaluate Videos

Every submission is scored.

Does it tell a complete story?

Conflict (1–10)

Clear audio?

Easy to watch?

Ending (1–10)

Does the story have a satisfying conclusion?

Only videos scoring 40/50 or higher will be approved.

Skills We're Looking For

Excellent online research skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to identify engaging stories
Organized and dependable
Fluent in written English
Experience with Google Sheets is a plus
Familiarity with U.S. law enforcement is a bonus, but not required

Before hiring, you'll complete a paid research assignment.

Find 10 original-source law enforcement cases that meet our criteria.

For each case include:

This helps us evaluate your research skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

Hourly position
Initial commitment: 15–20 hours per week during the first month to build our content library
Ongoing commitment: 5–10 hours per week
Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
