Remote Office & Operations Coordinator

Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week | $6 to $8 USD Per Hour

Gigawatts Electric is an established residential and commercial electrical contractor looking for a Philippines based Remote Office & Operations Coordinator to join our team long term.

This is a full time position working during U.S. Central Time business hours.

What You’ll Help Manage:

Customer phone calls, texts, and emails

Scheduling and dispatching technicians

Jobber customer and job management

Customer and estimate follow up

Permits and inspection scheduling

Invoices and payment follow up

General office organization and administrative tasks

Making sure nothing falls through the cracks

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent spoken and written English

Professional and confident on the phone

Highly organized with strong follow through

Comfortable working independently

Experience working with U.S. customers

Home service experience strongly preferred

Jobber experience is a major plus

Experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, construction, or another U.S. home service company is especially valuable.

Attention to detail is important. Include the word ELECTRIC in the first sentence of your application to be considered.

Schedule & Pay:

Monday through Friday

40 hours per week

U.S. Central Time business hours

$6 to $8 USD per hour depending on experience
